In a limited edition production with family-run bookbinders Shinohara Shiko, we are proud to present this volume of interviews, essays, recipes, articles, illustrations, and photographs exploring how people relate to ramen.

The stories in this book run the gamut from the challenges of halal ramen and the rise of a tiny family-run noodle-making business, to meditations on searching for home in a bowl of ramen and the experience of eating ramen in space.

The collector’s edition is a Bradel-bound hardback with vacuum-sealed Real Instant NoodlesTM as part of the cover. It comes in a custom-made cardboard box and includes a sticker sheet of motifs from the Ramen Bowl design process.

This item is eligible for free international shipping by Japan Post Registered Small Packet. Shipping times will vary by destination, and may take one to two weeks or more.
